Want to return a product? No problem! For all purchases from the Louwman Museum webshop you are entitled to return the goods within 14 days from the moment you have
received your purchase. Please use this return form.

As soon as we have received the returned goods in good condition, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days. The refund gets paid via the same payment method used when placing the order. The postal charges for returning the order will not be refunded.

Once you have placed an order, it will be processed immediately (orders via our webshop will be shipped within 2-5 working days). As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a track-and-trace code to allow you to follow your package. If you have not received an e-mail from us, it may have ended up in your spam box, or we have not yet shipped your order.

We ship to destinations all over the world. At checkout, enter the shipping address. The correct shipping cost will be displayed. You can choose from various payment methods.
The webshop supports Dutch bank accounts with iDEAL and (in the near future) PayPal. We also accept credit cards from all over the world.

Once you have placed an order in the webshop, you will automatically receive a specified invoice with a breakdown of BTW.

The Louwman Museum webshop supports iDEAL and Credit Cards and in the near future PayPal. Whichever method you decide on, your payment is secure.

Certainly. Goods from the Louwman Museum webshop can be sent as a gift. At checkout just select ‘Use a different invoice address’.
