Surprise and inspire your guests during a meeting or gathering in the unique surroundings of the Louwman Museum. The Louwman Museum offers fully catered packages for groups of 10 to 40 people. Choose from one of our four inspiring rooms and combine this with lunch on the Museumplein and a visit to our museum collection, if desired.
Fully catered packages
The Louwman Museum offers fixed rates for groups of 10 to 40 people. You can choose between a morning, afternoon, or full-day session. Prices always include room rental, standard facilities such as WiFi, projector or screen, sound system, and flipchart. Guests can always use the (unattended) cloakroom and, of course, visit the museum collection. Our meeting rooms can be booked from Tuesday to Friday.
Morning package from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Includes unlimited coffee, espresso, Monin syrups, tea, and mineral water. Water taps with delicious syrups from Sapinca, boxes of fresh fruit, and various fresh sweet treats. Lunch is served on the Museumplein and consists of an assortment of delicious sandwiches and focaccia with tuna salad, mortadella, mature cheese, and hummus. Homemade soup of the day, Pinsa Romana Margherita, milk, mineral water, and Schulp juices.
Morning package: €53.50 excl. VAT per person.
Lunch: €20.75 excl. VAT per person.
Supplement for brown country bread & croquette €5.25.
Supplement for mini Caesar salad €6.25.
Afternoon packagefrom 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Includes unlimited coffee, espresso, Monin syrups, tea, and mineral water. Water taps with delicious syrups from Sapinca, boxes of fresh fruit, and various sweet treats. End the day with a pleasant drink on the Museumplein. Complete with a Dutch selection of drinks (beer, wine, water, soft drinks), mixed nuts, and snacks.

Includes unlimited coffee, espresso, Monin syrups, tea, and mineral water. Water taps with delicious syrups from Sapinca, boxes of fresh fruit, and various fresh sweet treats such as mini muffins, mini carrot cake, and mini éclairs. Lunch is served on the Museumplein and consists of an assortment of delicious sandwiches and focaccia with tuna salad, mortadella, mature cheese, and hummus. Homemade soup of the day, Pinsa Romana Margherita, milk, mineral water, and Schulp juices.

The Louwman Museum has its own underground parking garage with 170 parking spaces. Buses can park for free next to the museum building. The Louwman Museum has its own bus stop just an 8-minute journey from The Hague Central Station.
