International Benz 3.5-HP

The International Benz 3.5 HP in the Louwman Museum is a unique blend of German technology and British elegance. This car was assembled in London in 1898 by the International Motor Car Company, on the basis of a German Benz Velo. With its stylish Chesterfield seat, liberal use of brass and the large number of badges, the car exudes pure British charm. The badges are testament to its rich history. This car has been taking part in classic car events since 1934, including the famous London to Brighton Run. It is still a regular participant.
