Lithography on paper

Milo Martinet was a Belgian artist and painter. As an artist he sought to simplify form and use geometric letters and acronyms. His use of just three colours in this poster, blue, green and yellow, is also very stylistic.

Fabrique Nationale d’Armes de Guerre S.A., Herstal (FN) founded in 1889 is a Belgian Firearms factory that from 1901 to 1959 was also well known for their production of motorcycles. Martinet produced numerous posters for FN between 1929 and 1934.
